What I like about these speakers is: - Well built - Good value - Elegant design - Front controls & connections - Good sound when in Studio Monitor mode What I like less is: - No Bluetooth - No remote - No input selector
They are nice speakers but the volume dial increase decrease isn't smooth at a few points. There is one spot where it jumps from soft to much louder even if I try to turn the dial just the tiniest amount.

The speakers sound great for its price point. The build quality is maybe lacking. I can see visible glue and unfortunately my unit arrived scratched and scuffed despite it being seemingly brand new.

I got these speakers for home office configuration and the sound is amazing... really nice finish and size. My only complaint is the volume nob issue as other people had mentioned but I control the volume with my PC or DAC. Beside that, you get a great product for not much money
I bought the wrong set of speakers. My use of the speakers was just to set then up to a tuner and hear radio and CDs. I needed two passive speakers not one active and the other passive. I have found out that they only come in a set and you are not able to purchase a single unit.

I bought this model to replace an old set and the first time i used them I was really amzed by the sound. Since the sized is not very impressive when you listen music they reveal their secret at this moment. I like very much the fact that the power and sond control is in the front. I don't hesitate to recommand these speakers to someone who doesn't have a lot of space but want a great sound.

I am happy with these speakers as near field computer speakers. Took advantage of a boxing week sale and at $125 they are hard to beat. Obviously bigger is better will often apply to speakers in this category and so you have to adjust your expectations for a speaker with a driver and tweeter of this size. Still at that price range many /most of its competitors will have even smaller sized speakers. Definitely not pro level monitors, but for listening to music and other computer audio they are good budget choice!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my fianc��. He loves these little speakers very much. The sound is great. Volume control is on the front as is off/on making them convenient. The cable between the two is sufficiently long to span the keyboard, with room to spare. These are great for making beats and the sound quality is very good for little monitors.
Great pair of speakers for a small video editing system! These speakers deliver a good sound. It certainly has enough power and bass for mixing. At this price point, they are plenty loud and clear for my needs.
I��m not an audiophile but based on what I hear this Edifier MR4 has all the qualities I��m looking for. The MR4s have a monitor mode to produce flat, accurate reproduction in a near-field positioning, and a music mode to produce a so I cannot describe these monitor speakers as anything at this price but perfect! Perfect sound, perfect size, and perfect look. If you are looking for speakers with bass to just listen to music, these are probably not what you're looking for. If you are looking for speakers for audio editing and mixing, you will be happy with these.
