Returns and Refunds: If you wish to return a product, expect a delay of 3-5 business days after the product reaches us, which will also affect the refund processing time.

    • Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping:

    • You have the option to choose express shipping for faster delivery. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that all orders can be shipped with express services.
    • In the event that express shipping is unavailable for your order, we will use standard shipping and refund any express shipping fees that may have been charged.

Courier Selection
We work with FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, and other major courier companies. We will select the most appropriate service based on your order’s destination and other relevant factors.

Indeed. The return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item.

What's the policy for Certified Refurbished Products?

All refurbished products are eligible for replacement only. For Certified Refurbished items, we don't facilitate returns for credit or refund. Defective products will be exchanged with a replacement refurbished Edifier speaker, headphone, or earphone.
